Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 04/01/2026

Welcome to The Juel Affect ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, purchase of digital products, enrollment in credit repair services, and purchase of authorized user tradelines. By accessing our site or purchasing any product or

service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions

1. Credit Repair Services

Service Agreement: When you enroll in our Credit Reset Program or Credit Reset Couples Program, you agree to our comprehensive "done-for-you" credit repair service. We will use our best efforts to dispute inaccurate, unverified, or outdated information on your credit report with the major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) and data furnishers, in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee that any specific item will be removed from your credit report, nor do we guarantee a specific credit score increase. Credit repair is a process, and results vary based on individual credit histories.

Cancellation Policy (CROA Compliance): In compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to cancel your credit repair contract without penalty or obligation within three (3) business days from the date the contract is signed. To cancel, you must submit a written notice of cancellation to [email protected].

Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee for our Credit Reset Programs if no negative items are successfully removed or updated from any of the three major credit bureaus within the first 90 days of active service. You must maintain active credit monitoring and provide us with updated reports to qualify.

2. Authorized User Tradelines

Tradeline Product: When you purchase an authorized user tradeline, you are paying to be added as an authorized user to a primary account holder's credit card for the sole purpose of credit reporting. You will not receive a physical card, and you will have no access to the account funds or account information.

Reporting and Duration: Tradelines typically report within one to two billing cycles (30-60 days) after you are added. The tradeline will remain on your credit report for 60 days, with an option to extend for an additional fee. We coordinate the timing to ensure you are added at least 10 days prior to the closing date to maximize the chances of posting in the next billing cycle.

Refund Policy for Tradelines: Tradeline purchases are non-refundable once you have been added to the account. A refund will only be issued if the tradeline fails to post to at least two (2) of the three major credit bureaus within the specified reporting period. To request a refund for non-posting, you must provide written proof (via a credit monitoring service) within 21 days of the expected reporting date.

Assumption of Risk: You understand that being added as an authorized user carries inherent risks. Lenders or credit card issuers may initiate fraud investigations or close accounts. In the event a tradeline is closed or the primary account holder defaults, your sole remedy is a full refund of the tradeline fee or a replacement tradeline of equal or greater value.

Prohibition on False Information: You agree to provide your true and accurate legal name, Social Security Number (SSN), and date of birth. The use of Credit Privacy Numbers (CPNs), alternate SSNs, Employer Identification Numbers (EINs) in place of SSNs, or any fraudulent information is strictly prohibited. If we discover the use of fraudulent information, your service will be immediately terminated without a refund, and we may report the activity to law enforcement.
